1. Discuss Mission, Vision, Values

• Guiding Question: What is your focus this year? What are the priorities/goals for your department or for you individually? What is the most important project or activity that you are working on or trying to develop? In what way do priorities align with the mission, vision, and values of the LPVEC? Please click on the discussion tab and click on my post. My first post includes the mission, vision, and values of the LPVEC and questions that I would like you to respond to prior to our meeting. 2. Status of Collaborative Legislation

3. Budget Q and A

• Every cost center controller has received a copy of their budget forms. Budgets are due to Anne McKenzie on or before Friday November 18th. Prior to submitting the electronic documents to Anne, each department head must meet with Anne to discuss how budget priorities align with performance indicators or department data. We will discuss the budget at our leadership team meeting. People will have an opportunity to ask questions.
